Appellation Côtes du Roussillon
A ruby robe highlighted with purple reflections. A nose of red berries. On the palate, smoothness with refined tannins. Very spicy, peppery combined with the aroma of confied fruit. A fresh finish.
Soil : Silica, granite and clay.
Grape variety : Syrah 40%, Mourvedre 20%, Carignan 30%, Grenache 10%.
Vinification : Traditional maceration with a fermentation of eight days. Temperature controlled at 25-27°C.
Production : Eight months in a traditional barrel.
Serving suggestions : Serve with grilled or red meats.
